Karlsson has held senior positions in corporate and agency environments, working with Fortune 500 companies, and government entities around the world
DEARBORN, Mich. — September 19, 2017 — Xperience, a leading experiential event and marketing agency, today announced that Heidi Karlsson has joined the agency as Managing Director, Client Relations. Her responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, Creative Services and Strategy, Media and Content Creation, Experiential Marketing, and Cultural Transformation.
In addition to global client responsibilities, Karlsson will manage new and ongoing business relationships out of Xperience’s Dallas office. Xperience has recently expanded operations to global business hubs such as Shanghai and Dubai, and proudly adds Dallas to “the lineup” with the explosion of opportunities in the American Southwest.
Further, Karlsson will lead Xperience’s capabilities around Sensory Marketing. Karlsson’s experience has shown that engagement agencies like Xperience can offer “Multi-Sensory Journeys” that go beyond simple communication between a brand and its audiences. With a focus on the science of “embodied cognition”, Karlsson seeks to have Xperience elevate the consumer experience beyond consciousness, to ultimately deliver events that connect with people on a deeper level.

Karlsson earned her B.A. in social science from Michigan State Universit>, and her M.A. from Southern Methodist University.
