LIVONIA, Mich. — June 2, 2017— Valassis, a leader in intelligent media delivery, announced today that GreatDeal$ Magazine – operating in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo – will join Clipper, the Valassis-owned magazine focused on local businesses. GreatDeal$ Magazine is distributed to approximately 340,000 households seven times a year and increases Valassis’ presence in the hyper-local marketing industry.

Valassis has been expanding into the local market since the acquisition of Clipper Magazine and Printed Deals in late 2015, followed by SuperCoups of Atlanta in August 2016, Clipper Marketplace Arizona in September 2016 and House2Home Showcase magazine in Arizona and California in November 2016.
