LONDON, UK — April 21, 2017 — St John Betteridge, the former managing director of advertising at Time Out, has been appointed by the online learning business, Circus Street, to the new role of Chief Revenue Officer EMEA. He will focus on the continued expansion of the business and report directly into Jonny Townsend, Co-Founder and Global Head of Sales.

He leaves his role at Time Out after nine years, where he became managing director of advertising in 2014. Having previously worked at Dennis Publishing, EMAP advertising and IPC Media (now Time Inc.), he brings a wealth of experience to the newly created role. Betteridge will be responsible for overseeing all account management and new business operations across the European market.

On his move, Saint said: “Circus Street is a great training and development tool. Having used it with my teams at Time Out, I know that it is a brilliant product to help implement and measure digital transformation. I jumped at the chance to join the business at this exciting time to further accelerate its ambitious growth plans. With its mission to make marketers and marketing leaders ready for digital transformation, Circus Street has a very compelling proposition.”
