Dean Curtis named Chief Revenue Officer at ScrollMotion
Curtis has been at Apple since 2008, working first as Systems Engineering Manager and most recently as Technical and Developer Strategy Lead
NEW YORK, NY – February 1, 2017 — Scrollmotion, the world’s leader in interactive content creation, today announces the appointment of Dean Curtis as Chief Revenue Officer.
Curtis will be responsible for overseeing all revenue generation processes at Scrollmotion, and will initially be focused on developing a comprehensive sales strategy for Scrollmotion’s software platform Ingage. The most recent Ingage product, an iPad app that allows everyone to create and share compelling interactive content, launched January 25th on the App Store, and is featured in “New apps we love” and showcased as a premiere app in the “Business” category.

Curtis started his tech career as a Sales Engineer at Oracle after four successful years as a classroom teacher in Baltimore. He then began to specialize in mobility, working as the Director of Technical Sales at Intellisync and a Systems Engineer at Palm, Inc. Dean joined Apple in 2008 as the first technical resource to support the sales of iPhone to business customers. He was instrumental in defining and executing the strategy for adoption of iPhone and iPad across the Fortune 500. Curtis has held many leadership positions in the Apple Enterprise Sales team, most recently leading the worldwide technical and developer enablement for Apple strategic and mobility partners.

Curtis and his wife, Traci, live in Pennsylvania. They are both graduates of The Ohio State University and are huge Buckeye fans. Dean enjoys playing lacrosse, cycling and good coffee.
