Jennifer Kasper joins strategic advisory firm MediaLInk as Senior Vice President
Kasper most recently served as SVP Customer Strategy at Macy’s, where she led the department store chain’s customer acquisition and retention strategies
NEW YORK, NY – August 4, 2016 — MediaLink, the leading strategic advisory firm serving companies at the convergence of media, marketing, technology and entertainment, announced today that Jennifer Kasper has joined the company as Senior Vice President, bringing with her more than 15 years experience in retail marketing, digital media strategy and brand management.

Kasper comes to MediaLink after having most recently served as SVP Customer Strategy at Macy’s, where she led the department store chain’s customer acquisition and retention strategies and grew the lifetime customer value of its 40 million-plus household customers. Partnering with American Express, Kasper led Macy’s involvement in the launch of Plenti, the country’s first coalition rewards program, and also spearheaded a company-wide initiative to target and acquire millennial and multicultural customers.
In her new role, Kasper will leverage her 15 years at Macy’s to partner with MediaLink’s retailers and e-commerce companies to explore how mobile and innovation at point of sale has influenced their go-to-market strategies and customer journey mapping.
