Stephen Twilliger appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Rodale
Twilliger, currently Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Dorling Kindersley, will join Rodale in early August
Emmaus, PA and New York, NY – June 29, 2016 – Rodale Inc. has named Stephen Twilliger Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective August 8th. He will report directly to Chairman and CEO, Maria Rodale.
Twilliger will be responsible for the company’s finance activities including budgeting, treasury, tax, accounting and reporting, cash management, financial planning and analysis, business management and strategic planning.
Twilliger is currently Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Dorling Kindersley (DK), where he leads the global finance organization and is responsible for financial reporting and business performance management across the company. DK is the world’s leading illustrated reference publisher and part of Penguin Random House. DK publishes highly visual, photographic non-fiction for adults and children.

Previously, Twilliger led financial planning and analysis for Penguin Group’s global business, after working as a Business Manager within the company’s U.S. division. He started his career in publishing as a financial analyst at Simon & Schuster.

Twilliger graduated from Lehigh University with a B.A. in accounting and earned an M.B.A. from the London School of Business. He will be based in Pennsylvania.
