Laura Viscusi joins Penton as market leader for Restaurants and Supermarkets division

Viscusi was previously Vice President of Integrated Media & Group Publisher, Architectural Record Media at McGraw-Hill

NEW YORK, NY – September 18, 2015 – Penton, an innovative professional information services company, today announced that Laura Viscusi has been appointed to the position of market leader for its Restaurants and Supermarkets division. An award-winning industry thought leader, Viscusi brings nearly three decades of proven integrated media and publishing experience to Penton, and in this key role is focused on growth through new product development, cross-platform strategies, strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Viscusi will lead all aspects of the Restaurants and Supermarkets division within Penton’s Food & Agriculture group, including strategic planning, product development, business development and sales management. She reports directly to Bagan. Prior to joining Penton Viscusi spent more than 20 years at McGraw Hill, where she was vice president, Integrated Media and Group Publisher, Architectural Record Media. In this role she led all aspects of the architect media portfolio, including sales, product development, marketing, digital technology, user marketing and content, and created a broad multimedia platform of high-profile brands, custom content and continuing education offerings.
