Boston Globe to expand relationship with programmatic advertising company OpenX

LOS ANGELES & NEW YORK – September 22, 2015 — OpenX, a leader in creating programmatic advertising marketplaces, and Boston Globe Media Partners (Boston Globe), a leading digital news provider, today announced an expanded relationship, with OpenX as the driving force for its programmatic digital advertising across Boston Globe’s properties.

OpenX-graphicBoston Globe will leverage the OpenX Supply Side Platform with Demand Fusion Technology to fully monetize its digital inventory. Currently, Boston Globe utilizes the OpenX Ad Exchange. OpenX Demand Fusion Technology will enable Boston Globe to take advantage of maximized competition where demand competes in a single, unified auction to deliver the highest price for each impression.
