SPH Magazines wins contract to publish inflight shopping magazines for DFASS Group

The in-flight magazines, KrisShop and SkyShop, can be found in the seat pockets of Singapore Airlines and SilkAir planes

SINGAPORE – September 1, 2015 — SPH Magazines’ Custom Publishing unit has just launched the latest issues of KrisShop and SkyShop. Published quarterly for the DFASS Group, the world’s largest inflight duty-free specialty retailer, KrisShop and SkyShop can be found in the seat pockets of Singapore Airlines and SilkAir planes respectively.

SPH Magazines clinched the contract to publish the inflight shopping titles following a tender.

krishopmag-220Sporting a new design, both glossy catalogues provide customers with a comprehensive and convenient onboard shopping experience. With KrisShop, Singapore Airlines customers can easily shop for a gamut of merchandise, from timepieces to beauty products to Singapore Airlines memorabilia, and often at competitive prices. Complementing the print magazine is the tablet edition of KrisShop, available for download on iTunes and GooglePlay from early September.

In tandem with KrisShop, the KrisShop Mail Order Catalogue is also produced on a quarterly basis to be mailed to Singapore Airlines passengers to update them on the latest promotions and products. SPH Magazines is also responsible for producing SalesTalk, a handy booklet circulated to Singapore Airlines cabin crew to apprise them of the latest inflight products.
