James McCusker appointed executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Dex Media
Previously, McCusker served as the company’s vice president of expansion channel sales
DALLAS, Texas – August 31, 2015 — Dex Media, Inc. one of the largest national providers of social, local and mobile marketing solutions through direct relationships with local businesses, today announced the appointment of James McCusker as executive vice president and chief revenue officer. Previously, McCusker served as the company’s vice president of expansion channel sales.
In this new role, McCusker will be responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, planning, recruiting, training and execution. He will lead the Dex sales workforce, more than 1,700 strong, in the field and the company’s four telephone sales centers across the country.

McCusker brings more than 23 years of sales experience and leadership to Dex Media. Prior to joining the company in May, he was president and chief sales officer for hibu (formerly Yellowbook), where he oversaw U.S. operations and media/advertising sales. At Yellowbook, McCusker progressed through a series of sales leadership roles, propelling revenues from $70 million to $2 billion within a 10-year period. Over the course of his career, he assisted in driving the company’s digital transformation and consistently exceeded corporate goals. McCusker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from LaSalle University.
