Survey Monkey acquires TechValidate, a marketing content automation platform
PALO ALTO, Calif. & EMERYVILLE, Calif. – August 4, 2015 — SurveyMonkey, the world’s leading online survey and data insights platform, today announced the acquisition of TechValidate, a web-based software platform specializing in marketing content automation. The acquisition complements SurveyMonkey’s core platform creation, collection and analysis services, allowing businesses to publish marketing content from their survey findings as well. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2007 by Steve Norall and Brad O’Neill, TechValidate solves a significant content creation challenge faced by sales and marketing professionals by providing the industry’s first and only automated platform that collects and transforms customer experience data into credible content for use across all key marketing and sales communication channels. Along with delivering market research and customer insights, the platform serves more than 300 customers and creates a variety of content including case studies, ROI analyses, customer testimonials and reviews.
