The Washington Post says unique visitors up 110% year over year
Washington DC – July 14, 2015 — The Washington Post recorded 54.4 million total digital unique visitors in June 2015, hitting an all-time high, according to comScore. This represents a 14 percent jump since last month.
Mobile continues to be a source of tremendous growth, recording 38.1 million unique visitors which is a 110 percent increase year over year. Desktop audience also grew, up 24 percent year over year, going against the industry trend of decline. Millennials continue to make up a large portion of The Post’s total digital traffic, making up nearly half of the audience on mobile and 25% on desktop.
