Financial details of the transaction are not being disclosed.
Effective September 1, 2015, AOM will form an exclusive partnership with DolEx and will be one of the largest media providers in the branded cash jacket marketplace. DolEx maintains a 20-year track record with more than 530 Hispanic-focused, proprietary, retail locations and over 1,800 third party agent locations in more than 30 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
