Scribd releases iOS app update aimed at performance improvements
Scribd is a San Francisco-based $8.99 per month eBook service, as well as a document sharing service (its original purpose when launched in 2007). Really this year the company raised $22 million in new funding from Khosla Ventures.

This update’s all about making your reading and listening experience as great as it can be. Not only have we improved nearly everything to do with audiobooks, we’ve also completely changed our display panel so that you, dear reader, can read exactly the way you want.
