Out-of-home advertising platform AllOver Media acquired by private equity company
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – March 20, 2015 — AllOver Media, the largest alternative out-of-home advertising platform in the U.S., announced today the company’s agreement to be acquired by Audax Group, a leading investor in lower-middle market companies.

AOM’s core media products are found at convenience stores and gas stations, on truck sides and at a variety of indoor locations, including restaurants, nightclubs and sports arenas. Under this new arrangement, AllOver Media will continue to introduce and launch products in high-traffic indoor and outdoor spaces. Their products currently appear in over 40,000 locations across the country.
