Unlimited magazine subscription service Readly adds 50+ new titles including Rolling Stone
Wenner Media, American Media, Rodale, ESPN add titles to service, as well as Lagardère Group’s French titles such as Elle, Elle Decoration, and Paris Match
NEW YORK, NY – November 19, 2014 –– Readly, the unlimited magazine subscription service, said today that it had added over 50 new titles from nine publishers to its offerings. These include U.S.-based Wenner Media’s Rolling Stone and Men’s Journal; American Media’s Shape, Star, and OK! Magazine; Rodale’s Men’s Health, Women’s Health, and Prevention; Prometheus Global’s Adweek, Hollywood Reporter, and Billboard; Hoffman’s Cooking with Paula Deen and Victoria; ESPN’s ESPN The Magazine; Annie’s Country Sampler and Creative Knitting; and InterMedia Outdoor’s Guns & Ammo, Handguns, and Fly Fisherman. In addition, Readly has also earned a global distribution agreement with Lagardère Group, home to French titles such as Elle, Elle Decoration, Paris Match, and Tele 7 Jour.
Readly is a rapidly expanding global tablet and smartphone app that lets readers access unlimited magazines – across geographies and interest areas – for a flat monthly fee ($9.99). Given that mobile usage is transforming the way that people consume media, Readly’s mission is to provide the world with a convenient and affordable way to read magazines on their mobile devices, and provide publishers a new way to reach a yet-untapped market of mobile readers.

This win comes on the heels of another major deal for Readly – just last month, the company announced that Germany-based Bauer Publishing (currently read by 34.3 million readers worldwide) had made more than 100 of its titles available on the platform, including all of its US titles.
With these recent additions, Readly offers over 200 titles in the US and over 750 titles worldwide. The app is now currently available in over 49 countries and accepts all local currencies.
