30DC, maker of the MagCast publishing platform, reports full year earnings
It is earnings season again and soon the big tech and media companies will begin reporting their earnings. Apple, for instance, will report on October 20, with Amazon on the 23rd.
30DC, the maker of the MagCast digital publishing platform, today reported its fourth quarter and full year earnings which ended on June 30, 2014 – meaning they are behind in reporting compared to companies about to report earnings for the quarter than just ended. Revenue was down slightly, though revenue from continuing business increased 90+ percent. The company reported a net loss of $53,358 on the quarter, and net income $58,918 for the fiscal year.
The company also explained who they are targeting their MagCast platform to:
“MagCast was initially sold to the Company’s historical and existing customer base, Internet marketers,” the company said in its earnings statement. “Though 30DC will continue to pursue this market, the company sees larger opportunities in expanding MagCast’s reach to broader markets, including small content publishers who are mainly interested in content, corporations (primarily small to medium size) who want to publish communications such as annual reports, brochures and catalogues, and corporate resellers through its MagCast Certified Professionals program.”
