Apartment Guide to begin offering free websites for clients without a web presence

Press Release:

ATLANTA, Georgia – April 28, 2014 — In an effort to help its clients get more exposure, Apartment Guide today announces AG Sites, a free mobile-optimized community website for all of its customers.
“Properties that do not currently have a website or have not updated their website recently are missing out on an additional opportunity to reach consumers,” said Arlene Mayfield, senior vice president of RentPath, and president of Apartment and Homes Divisions.

“This service will deliver an additional avenue for clients to reach potential renters, especially those on-the-go, by leveraging HD content to maximize their exposure ,” Mayfield said. “It is all about delivering additional opportunities to engage prospective renters in a way that is seamless and easy for our clients.”

Unlike others that charge upfront set up fees and recurring monthly payments, Apartment Guide is the first marketing partner to provide free websites for clients as part of their package, including a custom domain name that they can promote.

All of the listing content currently on Apartment Guide, including HD Photos and HD Floor Plans, can be imported onto the new mobile-friendly website. When property listings are updated in the MyApartmentGuide client portal, the changes will be automatically made on the client website. The seamless integration means clients can focus on their day-to-day business while Apartment Guide opens up a new doorway for them.

Clients will also benefit from ApartmentGuide.com’s strong traffic generated by its search engine marketing [SEM] and search engine optimization [SEO] program, which has resulted in record traffic, leads, and leases.
