Barnes & Noble expands its NOOK Press publishing platform into 7 countries in Europe

The self-publishing platform from Barnes & Noble, NOOK Press, is now available in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium, the company announced today.

nook_press_logo_official-ef190e473beb63a1de2d23dd5906a8cbTitles launching through NOOK Press will be available on NOOK devices and NOOK reading apps in the US and UK, and via the NOOK for Windows 8.1 app in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Belgium. If a publisher already has a title available through NOOK Press their title will now automatically be available in the new countries, assuming they own worldwide rights.
