Indian book publisher says they will move beyond the Kindle format to iOS and Android
The Indian book publisher Leadstar this weekend announced that it would be expanding its eBook publishing efforts beyond the Kindle format, publishing digital books for Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android platforms.
““We are pretty confident to carve out a place in digital publishing as well in the lines of conventional publishing,” the company said. “Publishing diligently chosen titles which keep up to high publishing standards has helped take us where we are and the policy will maintained in digital publishing as well.”
The company also said that it would be open to working with established, as well new authors. But its announcement also said that Leadstart receives 2,000 to 3,000 manuscripts each month, but only publishes 12-15 titles a month.
