Bob Felsenthal to leave Crain Communications at year’s end
Felsenthal first joined Crain in 1979 as marketing director at Crain’s Chicago Business
The publisher of BtoB, Bob Felsenthal, will be leaving Crain Communications at the end of the year, the media company announced today. Felsenthal became publisher of BtoB in 2000 and recently the company announced it would shutter the trade magazine, incorporating its coverage into AdAge.
Felsenthal joined Crain Communications in 1979 with Crain’s Chicago Business, then moved to Crain’s New York Business in 1988 where he was associate publisher.
“I thank Editor John Obrecht and the whole BtoB team for producing the most insightful content available on the b2b marketing evolution for the past 13 years. Now I look forward to a new stage in my career,” Felsenthal said in the online post about the announcement.
