Penton Aviation announces launch of Penton Business Aviation Market Group

New opportunities brought about by acquisition of Aviation Week

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 21, 2013 — Penton’s Aviation Group, the largest multimedia information and services provider for the global aviation, aerospace and defense industries, announced today the formation of the Penton Business Aviation Market Group. The announcement was made at the 2013 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA2013).

Leadership Announced Leading the new Business Aviation Market Group will be Frank Craven, managing director; Business Aviation. Frank is currently the market leader and group publisher of Penton Business Aviation, and a pilot and flight instructor involved in business aviation for more than 20 years. Also leading the team is Beth Wagner, who has been promoted to publisher, Business & Commercial Aviation and sales director; Business Aviation. Bill Garvey will continue as editor-in-chief of Business & Commercial Aviation. Both will report to Frank Craven.
