B2B: Stagnito Media acquires publisher of Store Brands Decisions; EBSCO subsidiary picks up Moose River Media

Stagnito Media today announced that it had acquired Tesoro Business Media, the publisher of Store Brands Decisions and Green Retail Decisions which produces events and digital media.

SBD-logoThe brands were only launched in 2011 by John Failla, who will join Stagnito Media as Vice President/Events.

“We’re excited by the opportunity to combine these highly recognized and respected properties into one powerful information center,” said Harry Stagnito, President/CEO of Stagnito Media in the company’s announcement. “These brands are a perfect fit for the rest of our retail-driven portfolio, and this acquisition continues our investment in extending our integrated media reach in the retail market.”

Last week it was announced that Grand View Media Group would acquire Moose River Media, a B2B publisher led by Korry Stagnito. Moose River Media publishes Turf, Sports Field Management, Tree Services and other trade journals.

Grand View Media Group is a subsidiary of EBSCO Industries.
